“Very impressed with the service at such short notice for a funeral. The wreath was beautiful. Although I live in Kinross, I am a long-standing customer as I moved here from Broxburn 3 years ago. Thank you in advance for the voucher for chocolates, they will go nicely with flowers for Valentines Day.”

“The flowers were sent to my daughter Mrs Kidd for her birthday. I have seen them on my iPad and thought them very nice and I know she was delighted with them.”

“Ordered vibrant casket spray for Mums funeral. Specified very clearly that we wanted as bright as possible to reflect Mums love of flowers. What we got was mainly yellow and lemon with a few pink gerberas. Desperately disappointed when we saw them. Just another pain to add to what we were already experiencing. Fully accept that you can't reproduce photos, depends on what's available etc but what we got was not vibrant. If it really wasn't possible couldn't a quick phone call have been made to explain. You have no idea the hurt you caused when I saw these flowers which were not 'Mum' at all.”

“We asked for sympathy flowers to be sent out to someone and we selected neutral and after speaking with a colleague on the phone we were told this would be creams and white. After seeing the flowers they were multi-coloured - pinks etc. This wasn't really appropriate for the occasion mentioned. The woman on the phone was lovely but the fact the wrong item was sent out for such a delicate matter was extremely disappointing.”

“Previously, I have just used Interflora. But after the recent telephone order to Williamson’s it is that way in the future. Courteous, efficient, friendly and helpful, what more can anyone ask for. Rang at 0945 for same day to Kinross. A beautiful bouquet was delivered later that day. Thanks Williamson’s. In the words of Arnie, “I’ll be back”.”
