“For the first time when I call from Canada to place my order I was disappointed when after viewing your email sent ,flowers were not available, and they never included the color I requested”

“I love this company, they are an absolute joy to deal with. They have never ever let me down. If there are any kind of problems they always call and sort things out with you before the problem becomes a crisis. This stone of my rules - judge a company on how it deals with a. problem as none of us are infallible.”

“Calling from London, and not really knowing which florist to contact, I was so pleased to place my order of flowers for my Uncles funeral in Livingston, at fairly short notice. The lady taking the order was very sympathetic and friendly, ensuring my request for choice of flowers would be delivered. My Aunty called me to say how lovely they were and sent a picture too. Thank you so much.”

“Given that I ordered the flowers for delivery on 24/12/20 it’s a bit early to be asking for a review. One comment I would make is that your email re the review says I will receive a voucher for chocolates for my next order - this seems a bit cheeky given I placed three orders on the same day at a value of nearly £150 yet the thank you for completing a review will require me to place another order to receive it!”
