“I found the website easy to use and felt it was secure. I didn't get to actually see what the bouquet I ordered would look like, as it was being sent to some friends, but they had said it was lovely, so I am delighted. It was delivered on the day requested, without any problem, so another bonus. I would recommend using Williamsons to my friends and would definitely use it again.”

“When I made an initial telephone enquiry the lady with whom I spoke was very pleasant and helpful and when I said I needed the flowers the next day she said no problem. Flowers were beautiful and well received by my friend.”

“I ordered a pastel flower mix in a container for my mother in law who had been unwell. I only noticed I'd put in my address on the day of delivery and phoned to try and correct. The lady I spoke to contacted the delivery driver immediately with the correct address and called me straight back to confirm. Brilliant service and gorgeous flowers with lots of buds included for longevity. Thank you.”
