“Service was excellent and my wife loved the flowers. They were delivered safely, in line with Covid 19 procedures. The florist picked a beautiful arrangement of bright colours exactly as I had asked for. Would definitely let my friends and neighbours know of the service/florists and would use them again myself”

“As a Scottish native currently resident in USA choosing a reliable florist where I have no visual or personal contact requires trust. Williamsons have delivered on everything including the flowers. “My flowers didn't get delivered on 04/08/20 as ordered , a problem with the courier , when I phoned to enquire about the flowers , I was told they would be delivered on 05/04/20 a day late , as this wasn't acceptable , I asked for a full refund which I got and the flowers were delivered as well , an excellent service ,and a problem solved , in a way I have never experienced before . Thanks so very much , I have had flowers from you in the past and I see no reason to change this . Regards Mark Moran”
