“The online, telephone ordering and delivery reporting procedures were excellent. However I have to admit being somewhat disappointed with the quality of the 3ft Pink Rose and Carnation Casket Spray. The density of colour came over as quite sparse, and the overall impression was one of dry 'tiredness', rather than dewy freshness!”

“Spent £58 on flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday. Delivery was fine but several blooms in the bouquet were found to be faded and discoloured. Phoned to complain, and a replacement bouquet was delivered the next day.”
