“Everyone helpful...place to go for flowers! However, after I sent this I’ve just had comments from Karen and not good I’m afraid. A lot of the flowers wilting and dead. Never had this before with your firm. Thoughts? Got pictures.”

“Flowers sent to my elderly aunt for Christmas. They were delivered in a timely fashion and the bouquet she received she said was absolutely delightful. I ordered the whites bouquet. She called me and told me they were the best flowers she had ever had delivered. So if I need to send her any further flowers it will be Williamson’s for me. A big thank you to you all.”

“The original flowers I wanted to order online were out of stock so when I called, my request to order over the phone and choose another arrangement was handled so beautifully! The Festive Reds in a Hatbox were for my recently bereaved aunt. She was over the moon with them and said it was one of the most beautiful arrangements she has ever had. Thank you!”

“The actual size of the £50 (+ £6 delivery) flower arrangement was very disappointing…nothing like the photographs on the website. Delivery was made on the correct day. However, the delivery email said that they were left in the delivery box at our front door. We have no delivery box!!!! On speaking to the delivery person i managed to find them at another house in our street. Probably won’t use this service again.”
