“When I called the toll free number ,I went through to your east Lothian location I believe .... I was calling from the USA for my mum.... the person that answered was Sharon I think , I hope this is correct, she was amazing .... I was really surprised at the level of service and delighted at the flowers that arrived today for my mum , being over 5000 miles you never know what is. going to arrive, however guys you did an amazing job... thank you ....”

“I use Williamson’s whenever I am sending flowers and they give an excellent service. Pip usually takes my order over the phone and her service is always cheery and efficient I had lots ofcompliments about the hat box at Christmas and I sent it to my niece last week.”

“Unfortunately the flowers arrived without the balloon I had ordered and paid for. The bouquet was coloured rather than neutral, which is what I ordered. Overall great delivery service as it arrived early Mother’s Day but disappointed with what was delivered.”
