“This is my go to Florist, staff are always very helpfull and have time to advise you, the flowers are always realy nice so they never get any complaints from me, i have used them for around 30years since they had there shop in St Marys Street and i will be ordering again very soon, .”

“I've scored this order with 4 stars as I didn't see the flowers, they were a present, but I wanted to review the excellent service I received. I didn't know the area I was sending them to and asked a colleague who recommended two local florists neither of which were able to deliver on the day. Williamsons excelled and delivered with no problems, actually a couple of hours after I had placed the order. Fantastic service, thank you, Janice, for your efficiency and thank you to the florist who enabled it.”

“When bying flowers you have to take into consideration how the person on the phone deals with you, how the flowers are delivered, what condition they are in and how long they last and if you think they are value for money. In my case all of the above were very good.”

“A member of staff talked me through what flowers were acceptable for a funeral, and that the flowers went straight to funeral parlour. It took a lot of pressure off as I had the funeral the next day,v and I did not think that I could buy and have a flower posy made up on a Sunday. The lady was very helpful and took time to listen to me. On seeing the flowers on the day of the funeral l was pleasantly surprised to see such a beautiful display of bright flowers. Thank you Williamson's and I will definitely use your service again in the future. 👏👏👏”

“Very knowledgeable staff helped us pick a wreath for a family members funeral. Flowers were lovely and delivered on time. Only negative was the delivery cost for a short journey. Maybe have a variable charge depending on mileage.”

“Ordered these for my grandaughter she was absolutely delighted with them. I ordered them in the morning and they were delivered in the afternoon. Customer service is first class and prices to suit everyone. Not my first order and definitely not my last.”
