“I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and could not fault the exemplary customer service experience. I had omitted to write a card for inclusion with the flowers but true to form Tracey contacted me and I text back my wording. All a wonderful experience and most of all my wife Annie loves the flowers and the Belgian Chocolates too!”

“When I gave a slightly odd request I was met with a lovely positive, helpful and reassuring member of staff. I was doing a sisterly job on behalf of my brother for our mum. The flowers were lovely and don't as instructed to the letter. Also asked for lilies to be ommited as mum is allergic to them.”
