“Unfortunate that you have to register in order to make an online payment. If you order once a year you need to remember your password when ordering or you get stuck a long way down the ordering process. Used a different e-mail address to one previously used simply get the order through. It would be better if you could just pay without registering and needing a log on.”

“Flower varieties very limited this year. Not florists fault, I think, but problems of supply. I wanted scented flowers included but, alas, no freesias, for example.”

“I am a great fan of Williamson’s but was sadly disappointed that the flowers we sent to relatives in Edinburgh looked nothing like the elegant table decoration ordered. (I have sent one before so am very familiar with the look …I have sent a mail to your Happy Christmas type email. ) Think you should look into this as I think the flowers were also delivered early in the morning a day late. Kind regards Jean and shaming Bryce”

“Excellent. As I live in Aberdeen I googled to find the nearest Florist to my elderly relative in Edinburgh and Williamson's came up. Service was spot on excellent and beautiful flowers were delivered. Williamson's come much recommended.”

“Hard to say really as I still don’t know if they have been delivered? I did not receive a confirmation Email as per usual. I do not like to contact the recipient (my sister) to ask if she received her Xmas flowers; seems rather tacky!!”

“I use Williamson's to deliver flowers to my aunt in dunfermline, I live in spain. She loved her xmas hat box and the staff are very polite and accommodating. Would use them no problem again”

“Everyone helpful...place to go for flowers! However, after I sent this I’ve just had comments from Karen and not good I’m afraid. A lot of the flowers wilting and dead. Never had this before with your firm. Thoughts? Got pictures.”
