“Given that I ordered the flowers for delivery on 24/12/20 it’s a bit early to be asking for a review. One comment I would make is that your email re the review says I will receive a voucher for chocolates for my next order - this seems a bit cheeky given I placed three orders on the same day at a value of nearly £150 yet the thank you for completing a review will require me to place another order to receive it!”

“I ordered a wreath on behalf of our Swimming Club. Pip at Williamson's was very helpful with suggestions on ribbon and handled the order very well. They ensured delivery of the flowers giving me peace of mind that they would arrive on time. The family have been in touch to say that the flowers were beautiful. “The gentleman I spoke to on the phone when placing my order was courteous, efficient and cheerful. The firm did exactly what he said they would do, and delivered a beautiful arrangement of flowers when they said they would. Good value for money, too. My whole experience with Williamson’s was excellent and I recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“Very good and swift service, flowers delivered and recipients delighted. A brochure of the different bouquets to choose from might have been handy-however, I went for the bright bouquet that was mentioned, as we wanted to cheer a couple up who are going through hard times- and it certainly did. Will be in again!”

“The bouquet was delivered on the chosen date, no problem at all. But the flowers didn't look fresh. The choice of colours and flower types in a bouquet is nothing like the photo but in a very odd arrangement. That includes 7 small dark orange roses, one dark red rose, couple of orange and white chrysanthemum.”
