“I rang on 10th May and placed my order with Janice - well, what an unexpected delight! She was absolutely lovely. I don't know why, but I really wasn't expecting to come away from ordering sympathy flowers feeling like my day had had a little lift. I'm not sure I'd give the arrangement 10 out of 10, it was a bit smaller than I expected, but the recipient loved them. What an absolute pleasure receiving customer service like that though - I will definitely be ordering again, thank you!”

“Aww thank you so much my niece got a beautiful bunch of flowers after what she receive from Serenata they were terrible the family felt awful and you more than made up for them with your beautiful bouquet it was a special birthday and I would definitely recommend and buy from you again”
