“Unable to complete order on-line. Could not proceed to payment. Went to local shop next day, order taken by very helpful assistant and flowers delivered as requested. Reported to be lovely.”

“Staff at Broughty Ferry branch were helpful, attentive and courteous. Flowers were delivered by a taxi driver who was polite. The one negative was the delivery charge which was excessive for a local delivery.”

“Thank you for the delivery of my recent order for Valentine's day. I have to say that I was a little underwhelmed with the bouquet overall. It seemed a bit lacklustre mainly made up of pink blooms. A bit more colour would have been nice. Also, I seem to remember that at least one rose would be included but was omitted for some reason. I have had a lot of flowers from Williamson's over the years and this is the first time I've been a little disappointed. I see that you've asked for details on who made the delivery. I have no idea as the doorbell was rung and by the time I got to the door whoever had delivered was gone! I'll assume though it was you're own driver.”

“As they have not been delivered yet, I look back at last year's order and my daughter-in-law was very pleased, I'm hoping she will be pleased again, but I will say I wasn't offered a box of chocolates last year, so this is why only 4 stars hopefully you may get 5 stars next time, just one thing I did say I didn't want a box but will wait and see .”

“When I telephoned them, I found them to be very efficient and helpful, and willing to go that little bit extra for me. I will certainly use them again, as it is not always easy to arrange flowers from a distance with confidence.”
