Been using your service for a few years now but disappointed with my latest order... flowers and delivery great as usual however issues with your online ordering experience less so. Going through the ordering i ended up with 2 cards at checkout for £3?each. I couldn’t remove one so I started a new order. Went through the process again and lo and behold I ended up with 2 cards again at checkout although I only ordered one and again the system would not let me remove one... I had to place the order as I was pushed for time and ended up leaving both cards on my order. I know that only one card came through with the flowers.. do I get a refund? Is this something that happens on every order?? Leaves a bit of a bad taste to be honest and not sure I’ll be rushing back to use your service again and already have been looking elsewhere for an alternative.,

Bought birthday flowers for partner while working abroad. Delivery was absolutely fine. Returned after 2 days to find most of them wilted and certainly not worth the money spent. Disappointed.

The flowers I got looked nothing like I ordered. Was called to let me know that they didn’t have the jug but was told that the same flowers would go with the new vase which would have been fine. Nothing is the same and there are a lot less flowers. It’s really not a nice vase of flowers.

Disappointed for the second time. First time I ordered extra orange to replace the some of the White which they told me on the phone was possible. This time the flowers were nearly all buds so looked rather sad.

I have ordered lots of flowers from Williamson’s over the years and they have always been beautiful. However, on this occasion the quality and size of the arrangement was very disappointing. I had two separate items for my brother’s funeral and neither, I feel, met your usual high standard. Sorry!

Yet another example of your system not connecting! Having placed my order to which you refer via your website, nearly 24 hours later I received a phone call to tell me that it could not be met because you have closed your shop - yet the website had accepted it. And now you are emailing me to ask me about the order that you cancelled. I trust that you have now refunded me for the payment. It was disappointing and left me in a difficult position regarding getting a gift to an elderly lady on her birthday.

Ordered Flowers Cream Exquisite Arrangement for my Girlfriends Birthday and what arrived was completely shocking and nothing like the Website Pic, then I had to take them back myself to get a replacement and was given something which was made up in like to mins, Sorry but I don't think I will be using Williamson's again as I feel very let down on which was meant to be a special day for my partner, I ended up buying a Bunch of flowers in Asda along with a Vas and made up a display myself..

Having used williamson's florist on previous purchases, I opted to send her flowers as I was away for a time and expected the usual professional service from Williamson's. However, I was very disappointed that they delivered my daughter's birthday flowers to my home address and not hers. Despite filling in the form to send to her address directly not the billing address! They were left outside my door and due to the weather when she finally got them, they were wilted.

Explained why I wanted delivery on a specific date - v important. The flowers were delivered early so not what I wanted as a surprise on a special date. Yes the delivery date was a bank holiday - observed by a few retailers in Scotland. It was not pointed out the my order would not be delivered on the Monday as requested otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Next time I will use another florist.

The flowers as normal very very nice, however i had ordered these to be delivered on sunday (mothers day). As i will have flown out of the country for purposes of work. So imagine my surprise when a gentlemen turns up on my doorstep with said flowers? I then called the number provided, and spoke to a male member of staff, who promised me he would get to the bottom of the confusion. And would get back to me with the outcome. As yet he nor anyone else has got in touch to explain. Its now over a week since that promise was made, and still nothing. I also don't appreciate the gentleman on the phone saying, i quote "What do you want me to do about this"? It is not for the customer to instruct your company, how you should deal with queries, or complaints. That should be in your policies. Again, the flowers were very nice, but as i work away a lot i was hoping that my wife receiving these on Mothers Day, would let her know that i was thinking of her, and appreciate all that she does for our family.

Dear Brian, Sincere apologies that your order was delivered at 5pm and you felt that this was to late in the day, our standard delivery service runs from 8am till 6pm and my apologies if this was not explained clearly at the time of ordering as we do offer an AM priority service, Please accept my apologies and if you require our services in the future please ask for myself and i shall process your order with some additional flowers as a way of showing you that your continued business is important to us. I ordered the flowers for my mum and dad’s golden wedding anniversary. The card reflected this, wishing them a happy anniversary. I also ordered a balloon with happy anniversary written on it. The flowers were beautiful, however the balloon attached to them said Happy Birthday, which completely spoiled the moment. I called the shop and was offered a new balloon, the following day! Not really good enough. In the end you refunded the money I paid for the balloon and I received an apology. Was really disappointed in the service I received. Sorry can’t say I’d trust your company again from this experience. Avril

I have been using Williamsons for sometime now but on this occasion I got the flowers delivered to myself as I was taking them to see the widow in person. I am so glad I got them sent to me as the flowers were lovely but not what I ordered I am just wondering what has been sent in the past. There was only 8 flowers and some greenery for £47.00 pound I called and it was replaced but I would have been totally embaraced if they had been sent direct to my friend so for this reason I don't think I will be using Williamsons again as cannot be trusted it would seen

Usually order flowers from Williamsons, but disappointed with the valentines bouquet with only 6 roses for £34 and really plain looking , and quite embarrassed with the size of the bouquet, glad I got her a bottle and chocolates to compensate for it 🙁🙁

Taking into the consideration that it was a Valentine's Day I can understand the workload they get that day, but was rather disappointed with the fact that I paid more for AM delivery because I wanted to surprise my other half before she goes to work. Delivery was made 11.52 which is technically still in that time frame, but it does not mean that is convenient practically and of course that have missed my girlfriend and actually delivered the flowers to my neighbour which was not at home later on that day. I guess I will be celebrating my Valentine's on 15th from now on.

Was disappointed to visit my mother-in-law and see what £35 plus delivery looked like. Not good value. The photo on the website looks good though. Flowers must be positioned at the front in the photo.
