“I ordered from the website as a Christmas treat for my mum and the flowers were even more lovely in person. Mum said were the nicest flowers she had ever been sent! Would definitely use again :-)”

“The service from Williamson's was unbelievable from start to finish. I had cause to make a complete pest of myself regarding the order and I was met by nothing but kindness and the sales people could not have been more efficient. This was service above and beyond expectations. Needless to say, the flower arrangement was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this florist. Thankyou so much.”

“I order from you ever now and then as I live in Canada now - I own an event florist here so flowers are my business. I honestly wasn’t impressed with what was sent and although I understand it’s the holidays and pictures as stated don’t represent what will be sent, it truly was nothing like the image or even the varieties. Not one premium flower was in there and a single white babies breath in a red colour pallet. My mum was happy so that’s all that matters. I switch back to being more specific with my next order. Many thanks and happy holidays”

“I originally was ordering from M&S but was only offered delivery dates after December 29! So I looked on your website and placed a similar order for around the same price but minus a few additions as yours were not what I felt reasonably priced, and not part of your package. Which was to be expected due to business diversity’s. But never mind. I ordered your winter white version of flowers and added the chocolates. The recipient loved them. And I was told they were beautiful. I did call customer services after I placed the order to ask if they’d be contacted as their London address shared a door with a neighbour and a previous supplier (not yourselves) had left them outside the door in the street! You delivered my order on the day chosen. Promptly and efficiently and as requested. Thank you. I’m very impressed and very happy. Every time I’ve used your services you’ve been professional and provided a quality product and efficient delivery’s. Five stars and highly recommended. PS - any chance you could look into Prosecco at a slightly cheaper price for future opportunities??”
