“For our 50th wedding anniversary my wife received courier delivered flowers from Hampshire, Bristol, Edinburgh and also your offering, Being disappointed with your content I discreetly checked with other senders how much they paid excluding delivery charges and found my payment amount to be in line with theirs. Your content was rubbish in comparison being in the main greenery and three Easter eggs on sticks which were immediately binned. By Monday your offering was consigned to the compost bin! Being satisfied in the past I was disgusted. We will not be using you again in the future and have informed our friends.”
