“I phoned mid morning to request a bunch of flowers for a friends 60th birthday and wasn’t sure if they would be delivered on that day. Angela kindly phoned the local driver who said he would be able to deliver, so I was so pleased that Williamson’s florists were able to help me out with my friends special day. Angela kindly gave me advice on which bouquet of flowers to go for, at the price I wanted to pay and was so pleasant and able to speak with at ease. Very pleasant lady. My friend was so happy with the flowers which were delivered shortly after my call. Thank you for all your help and I will be recommending Williamson’s in the future. Kind regards”

“Very friendly customer service, sensitive and well organised. The Flowers arrived where they were meant to be and when they were meant to be, looking very nice. Exceptionally calm and helpful walking me though the options on the phone despite being just before valentines day on what I imagine was one of their busy days of the year. The flowers were beautiful.”
