“A very helpful and efficient service was provided. I was shown various options with the opportunity to change my choice prior to the order being delivered. This order has not yet been delivered as the date is later than this review. I would be happy to make further comment after seeing the product.”

“Used them several times and they have always been excellent. The flowers are always lovely and last much longer than a supermarket bunch or from one of the bigger online florists. The service is always excellent and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Just tell them what you're looking for and they'll do the rest. I'll be using them again.”

“The Girls in the B/Ferry shop are a delight. So helpful and courteous. The tracking system works well and the recipient was very happy. I myself had been given flowers from you from two different people. Last week. Both bouquets still look great. I would always recommend you.”

“Ordered flowers for a funeral. Loads of help when I phoned to enquire how to do this to ensure the correct time/place etc. It was very reassuring to hear that the undertaker would be phoned for details. The flowers were lovely.”

“The flowers are lovely and are lasting very well. It would have been nice if they had delivered them to the correct address so the elderly intended recipients did not have to walk to a neighbour's to collect them. Delivered to Avenue when it should have been Place, closeby and confusing but close attention should have been paid to getting them to the correct home.”

“Between May and August this year I sent flowers to three different friends. On each occasion I chose the Hat Box selection and they were all a great success! I did the orders by phone and was most impressed by the lady or ladies who took the order.”
