“I had cause to complain about the previous appalling levels of Customer Service at the Broxburn (East Mains Branch) in the Summer of 2024. However William Hill addressed my concerns and have put in a new team into the Broxburn Branch. What a turnaround the new team at Broxburn have made a remarkable and wonderful difference to the level of service. They are genuinely welcoming, caring and genuinely put the customer at the heart of everything they do. The look after their elderly, infirm and those with learning difficulties and help everyone in anyway they can. They seem to know when customers with special needs arrive in the shop as the greet them at the disabled lift on their arrival and help then get settled. The team are first class's and I appreciate the difference you and your new team have made to the Broxburn (East Mains) shop. Thank you for listening and for making a difference Kind Regards”

“Never read such whingeing rubbish as some of the reviews on here. Never had an issue with William Hill unless you think you're entitled to win on the free Bonus Drop or free spins every time they're awarded. I find Hills free spins etc give you far more than any other site, go try Bet365 or Skybet where they remove your chance to play the free stuff if you don't deposit enough, or Paddy or Coral, where you won't win a jot unless you deposit God knows how much a week. Trouble with this world - everyone's entitled to something for nothing in their mind, unfortunately life rarely pans out like that. Hills give Epic odds or boosts quite regularly, gave free bets for Cheltenham every day for new and existing, yet still you squeal. Go elsewhere.”

“Ime 66 now and I've been gambling since I was old enough to do so, when I read negative comments about william hill I just laugh because I could teach all these people a lesson about gambling, don't expect to win every day and don't blame william hill if you do,william hill offer brilliant services to gamblers out there, it's a shame these people don't realise that, if you want to win on gambling most days this game isn't for you, gambling is full of heart aches so just remember that,and don't blame the provider who is giving you a service,”

“Nothing i played on william hill for years always had a win most of the time but i noticed since they turned the ten free spins on bonus spin to 5 I haven’t won anything in a year so im leaving them! Not expecting a win but the games constantly crash when you seem to be winning”
