“Bonus drop must be fixed. Used to win free spins every day now it drops into the lose slot (x) EVERY day! Obviously not random so why the pretence that it is?”

“New machines in yhe shops are a disgrace forever freezing and having to be reset in the nantwich shop the machines keep freezing when on a bonus staff saying nothing they can do just reset and loose the bonus witnessed one player up to £95 win with still 9 freespins and he lost it all then I've just been in spent £150 on 50p a spin not one bonus on the fishing game eventually got it up hitting the £15 pick was spinning and already up to 12 pound which if only got the one 15 in minimum I would have won was £27 but vould have been much more when the door st the bottom of the m/c swung open wiping everything vowing up with a key board just shut the door the girl serving said nothing she could do you just like uour money nit good enough is it lots of times yhe new machines have stopped when on a bonus with no recompense available not going in again could be a blessing in fishuise I suppose their a rip off be warned”

“⚠️ DO NOT USE ⚠️ Absolutely shocking casino. By far the lowest paying site I’ve ever played on. They was just fined £19million so you can guarantee they will claw that back however they can. Pure greed, 💩 customer service, horrible layout and lowest percentage slots.”

“I'm confused what's going on with the bonus drop game. I play it almost every. Recently I've played every day. For the last 4 to 5weeks I have not won once. This is almost impossible. The game has 7slots 4prizes and 3 losing boxes. This means I am the odds on fav to win every day. The game must be broken as William Hill is not going to make it happen and 40 odds on favourites in a row getting beat just don't happen, so they need to look into it.”

“You always hear the saying of "the bookies always win". Well they clearly don't like it when they don't win! My account has now been blocked from everything, all because I don't deposit any money and keep withdrawing from my account. Firstly my casino account was blocked because I played the "free games" and nothing more, therefore winning me money for nothing. Now my sports account has been blocked because I'd place winning bets and never deposit any money into my account. Unbelievable that my account has now been blocked all because I was winning and they wasn't. And I'm not talking about thousands of pounds either, in total I probably withdrew approximately £500 and now William Hill is crying about it”

“After years of betting through this app, years of it being my only betting app. I’m appalled that they have rigged the bonus drop so that you don’t win anymore. The fact that so many people are having this issue, an issue which we are al in the same boat, never winning at least free spins anymore, especially after years of winning everyday… the fact this is happening to many people, shows that if they can rig the free games, they can also rig the big games, slots etc. I won’t be using the app anymore. Absolute farce, their customer services are diabolical too. So many people are now in the same situation, I was glad when I found out it wasn’t just me, not won at least spins on my free drop in over 2 months now. I used to win something everyday. Should be ashamed, absolutely ripping people off in their actual pay games/slots if they can do it in the free games. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR ANY OF THEIR BETTING SITES ETC.”

“The Bonus Drop promotion is now a FRAUD. As of today, that is 50 consecutive drops into an "X", the odds against that happening are 1,522,535/1. In addition, two family members and a friend who use Wm Hills are experiencing the exact same thing which makes the combined odds against over 6 million to one. But, according to the customer services team, this is all down to chance and nothing more. They hide behind copy & paste answers and the "supervisors" are the worst. I know this is free to play but Hills use this as an inducement to attract customers to their site and spend with them. It should at the very least be fair. The Bonus Drop "promotion" is fixed, rigged, a cheat, a sham, a con and a pure and utter FRAUD.”

“Appalling customer service. To get your account verified they literally need your DNA! No matter what I sent, it wasn't enough. The people on live chat are rude, their replies are barely comprehensible and not once did they apologise for the hassle and the 2.5 hours I was in the chat (mainly waiting for replies). I got to the point where I genuinely thought I was on a fake site and being scammed.”

“Absolutely appalling customer service! Superviser Kerris Kept me waiting an hour on chat then couldn't be bothered and let me down on grand national day and basically didn't have a clue ! Instead of dealing with a small problem he passed it on to management, Big day has passed too late ! Went elsewhere,Closed my account with William Hill will never use them again.”
