“Been with WH years I've notice past few months payouts are none existent. Very had to hit free spins, not just on certain games. I've played loads of different ones. How's it possible for them all to be so bad!!! Did used to have odd win many moons ago!! Bloody rubbish casino now”

“Absolutely Horrific FOBT in the shops lost £700 in 2 hours on these scum bag machines majority of the £2 Spins are dead ones going into the red rather than green so you don't even get a spin and when you do get a spin it goes into the same numbers every time that you havnt got .I've honestly never in 23 years of these rotten to the core machines known anything as bad as this that's me done for ever on these and anyone even thinking of playing should AVOID AVOID AVOID .”

“WH is nothing but a dumpster fire. They will deduct money rather than add money to your balance when you win a bet. I recently won a ml bet and instead of paying me they subtracted the money from my balance. I reported and they investigated(so they say). They concluded they were correct. In short they are so incompetent that the can’t do simple math. I’ll leave you with this, if you think this is a good company than look no further than the Super Bowl debacle that happened not too long ago. Stay away from this dirty incompetent company!”
