Have accounts with all leading bookmakers and this is by far the worst I only put one star as it won't allow you to put zero customer service is virtually no existing now a bet that win is down as lost and nobody has gave me any answers as to why this is not the first time but it will be the last as I will never use again reading other reviews I don't understand how they are still operating

I recently applied for a position at William Hill and had a rather disappointing experience. After being contacted through Indeed, I was asked to complete an online 'game,' which I passed. I was then invited for an interview 2 weeks later, but the process left much to be desired. The manager conducting the interview appeared to be unfamiliar with both the job itself and how to conduct an effective interview. She merely recited the job description and did not provide any opportunity for me to discuss my background or skills, despite my extensive experience in customer service. During the conversation, I was unexpectedly informed that the role would require travelling to various branch stores across the city, rather than being based at a single location as advertised online. Even the manager acknowledged that this requirement was unfair. She admitted that she was unaware of how the recruitment process worked and that the final decision was up to HR, leaving many of my questions unanswered. Moreover, she mentioned that a previous candidate had returned to the store after two weeks without any follow-up from the recruitment team, which added to the overall sense of disorganisation and lack of professionalism. At the end of the interview, I felt confused and underwhelmed. It seemed as though they either already had another candidate in mind or were deterred by the fact that I did not have a driving licence, despite my willingness to use public transport. In hindsight, after reading other reviews, it appears I may have dodged a bullet. The hiring process felt unprofessional and disorganised from the start. I received no updates from the recruitment team, and the interview process seemed like a mere formality. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others considering applying here. Based on my encounter, I would advise proceeding with caution.

I used their chat function to tell them they had incorrectly showed my forecast doubles to shows winners when they weren’t so gave me false hope that I had won. The first operator didn’t understand, the second advised they are losers so that’s it. She put me through to an operator who said the bet stands as a loser which I already knew and then ended the chat without giving me chance to respond. Very frustrating. I only wanted assurance that this won’t happen again or an explanation. Will now close my account.

when I signe up they make it look good with free spins and when u don’t keep topping up or u don’t bet all the time they stop every thing no promotions or free spins so I asked the reason why they could tell me they waz told to stop my free stuff and wouldn’t tell me why 5 of my friend have deleted if because they have the same problem

Avoid trading with this platform at all costs. My account margin level was still at 3000%, and there was no significant price movement. Suddenly, my order was stopped aut without any clear explanation. When I asked them for details, they just told me my order was executed correctly without providing further clarification. The service is terrible, and your trades may disappear without warning. Stay away from this platform if you value your investments. I request that review do not delete my comment. I have all the proof to show that I have an account and conversations with them. In my previous comment, they requested Review to delete my comment, claiming my review was fake. Poor company… i placed a £10 bet which they accepted…. Watched the race and won. WH refused to pay out saying i placed the bet after the off ( which is nonsense)…They then erased all history of the bet and i had to spend 90 minutes just to get my stake refunded… they also deleted the live chat so i couldn’t leave a review…..poor, poor company… and it used to be so good 5- years ago…..

Absolutely joke of a company. Was given a free bet that I had to use the next day. Went to the shop on a Sunday and it was closed! Went again in the afternoon and it was still closed! Contacted customer service and was emailing with the retail contact officer, Cheenezz. Absolutely clueless! Didn't want to answer my questions. Didn't want to honour the free bet. Shame on you William Hill. I will now go elsewhere in future.

The App is terrible! really slow to load, keeps saying I'm offline when I'm not. By the time it loads, flipping race is over. Also you can't watch the race half the time because it keeps freezing. Can't someone sort this? It ruins enjoyment, and I've picked winners but couldn't get the bet on because app too slow. Not happy with this.

Played the daily free game every day for months. One day it gets an update and I start playing, and the day that I'm due a bonus from it I get told I'm not eligible for it anymore. Spoke to live chat and twice I got an automated response saying I am not eligible. All I wanted was a reason why. Eventually spoke to a real person who had me on hold for ages before then sending me the automated "not eligible" response. Customer service was a joke and offers and specials were terrible. Go anywhere else
