“Appalling customer service. To get your account verified they literally need your DNA! No matter what I sent, it wasn't enough. The people on live chat are rude, their replies are barely comprehensible and not once did they apologise for the hassle and the 2.5 hours I was in the chat (mainly waiting for replies). I got to the point where I genuinely thought I was on a fake site and being scammed.”

“Absolutely appalling customer service! Superviser Kerris Kept me waiting an hour on chat then couldn't be bothered and let me down on grand national day and basically didn't have a clue ! Instead of dealing with a small problem he passed it on to management, Big day has passed too late ! Went elsewhere,Closed my account with William Hill will never use them again.”

“Basically deposited over 3 thousand pound in a month won one win of 460 then tried cash out wouldn’t pay saying last 3 ccv incorrect even tho I was depositing with the same card now sent driving licence bank card front and back bank statements letters passport and stil not verified best thing is I’m self excluded from every site and they also put my deposit limit up to £ 5000”

“Have been betting with William Hill regularly for nearly 30 years!! Recently, using a new strategy, I started winning more often. Not huge amounts but £50 level... suddenly they blocked my account - no more bets allowed....end of betting with them. End of a betting era, then. They did transfer my standing balance to my account after a long 'chat' - so at least I got that back. (Also, incidentally, as they own 888Sport: no bets accepted on that site either). Plenty of other bookies....”

“Played with William Hill online for a while now and it was always my favourite out of the online casino sites. Always made use out of the free bonus/spins and usually i an quite lucky on them, last week i won £230 from a £2 bonus. I am also almost a daily depositor. Last week out of nowhere I recieved an email out of the blue that I'd had a 'review' of my account and I will no longer be able to participate in ANY future free spins/bonus/promotions. For ABSOLUTELY no reason. When I approached live chat I was given no real explanation just an apology. When I stated I spend a lot of money on there so I don't understand why I've been restricted, I was just asked if I think I spend too much and if I want gambling advice😂😂😂 no real answer or explanation. They obviously don't like the fact I've won multiple times from the bonuses. Awful. They've lost my custom now”
