“Joined and immediately I was restricted when I asked why I was restricted I didn't get a proper answer so do t get any free spins or bonus ball and never seem to get any bonus plays on the games I play something wrong somewhere.”

“Loyal customer for 3yrs and currently a few quid up (not much) however I had a 6 month "X" on Bonus Drop and now I'm excluded from all free spins and communication error is mysteriously always showing, the betting side is spot on I can't fault that but freebie/extras now leaves a sour taste”

“Thought I would give them another chance. But same old same old scamming people. I went to play fishin frenzy megaways yesterday. Before I played the game a message came up saying congratulations you have £5 press to claim. I did press claim but received nothing. Same thing happened again today. But only £1 to claim. Again I received nothing. I contacted these MORONS via chat. But got nowhere. And they disconnected the chat. I've now sent an email directly to Debbie Carter from the gambling commission.”

“Hill's can't be trusted in their betting shops or online. On more than one occasion the Huddersfield shop has refused to accept newspaper so-called 'free bet' vouchers. I appreciate that £2 and £5 vouchers are small amounts, but if this is going on across the UK, they're promising thousands of pounds in free bets yet not honouring them. Recently, Hill's online was offering a free betbuilder, which I used. The betbuilder would have been a winner, but surprise, surprise, the bet wasn't accepted as there were 'technical problems'. I've complained before about how poor and untrustworthy Hill's are and their parent company, 888, is just as bad. As a result of a number of justified complaints (which never even received a response from them), Hill's have been so petty that they've stated I'm no longer going to be offered promotional bets on their website. It's amazing that such a big, wealthy company can be so petty and vindictive. Their customer relations is an absolute joke. In answer to your question 'How quick did the company reply to your queries (complaints)'? The answer is 'never'.”

“The Online Casino games are 100% rigged, slots, blackjack you name it. William hill are able to switch your account to lose all the time if they want to. You can be playing a game with the bonus symbols coming up and then the game will conveniently refresh by itself reloading the page and you will see that your money wagered was gone, but the bonus didn’t hit. Even if you do enter bonus games there are times it gives you absolutely nothing at all or a very small return. IT IS NOT RANDOM I have tested this by playing at another online casino the exact same games and Williamhill behaves much differently in terms of how much it allows you to win. Account closed.”

“Nothing but thievs. I had an account witch I hadn't used for a year or two so anyway euro 24 started so I thought id hve a few bets went on the website logged in transfered 15 piunds from my back into my account tried to place a bet and computer said NO tried again computer says NO but a message pops up saying my account has been suspended or locked had to follow the link to get my account up and running all sorted placed 2 bets only 2 pounds each (lost but never mind). Went to place another bet 2 days later low and behold wont let me place a bet. Thought sod this tried to withdraw my money but computer says YOUR HAVING A LAUGH NOOOO. So went on live chat as apparently they don't have phones. and got told i need to produce a right load of documents and take a photo of myself holding them up email it to them and they will consider unlocking my account. I did ask why cant they just put the money back into the account it csme from as obviously that cant be fraud they refused to answer. Repirting them to the regulators my mp trading standars and anyone else who will listen. DONT USE WILLIAM HILL WHAT EVER YOU DO”
