“While on a short break we bought a clutch bag for our daughter who lives abroad as a gift after previously buying a her a backpack last year. After a quick drink 2 shops away we left Salcome. Discovering we’d left the bag behind we could only contact Will bees. Being a complete star he retraced our steps and retrieved our bag for us to return and collect it. Our daughter will have her beautiful bag all thanks to fabulous, kind customer service. It made our day.”

“Very disappointed the bag which I paid express delivery for because I wanted it for my wedding never turned up. I contacted DHL who said it wasn't their problem ,then contacted Will Bees Bespoke who said it was DHLs problem . Then received an email from WBB saying it had got lost in transit. Very upset because I requested the bag to be personalised with my new name. I've received a full refund but still very disappointed.”

“What a beautiful product. Great quality purse. Slightly larger than I was expecting for a coin purse but that’s great as I can fit my AirPods, coins, and cards in it. I had my name on mine too. It fits nicely into a small shoulder handbag. Highly recommended.”
