“I’ve a personalised Will Bee Bespoke bag which I love & use everyday, much admired by my Mum, I bought her one for her birthday. Customer service was fab, arrived next day, beautifully wrapped & branded. Personalised & gorgeous she loves it & used it that night! “Having visited you in Salcombe I knew what to expect of my mini purses. Excellent. The optional strap that I had also ordered seems too big, too wide to be in proportion to the mini purse and is obviously the same one used for the larger purses. I have bought one for myself and one for my friend and am disappointed despite the quality of your products.”

“Ordered a birthday present for a friend and couldn’t have asked for a better service. The clutch arrived the next working day! I had written a personalised message online expecting this to be printed out on the gift receipt but the message had been written beautifully on a separate card (really lovely handwriting btw!!)- was such a nice touch! Would definitely order from again, thanks so much 🤩”

“What an absolutely gorgeous product and company! I LOVE everything about Will Bees; the brand, the products, their ethos, being a small business, hand-crafted personalised products, sustainable - and with lovely thoughtful touches. I work in events and client services so I know how to resonate with guests/clients - and Will Bees know their stuff! I have actually recommended them to several friends and family - and as a potential corporate gift idea amongst my colleagues. Will be buying more from them for sure! “I popped in on Monday (22nd august) and brought a little bag (£49!) for a friends birthday. A friend asked me if I got to look in the 1/2 price section! I didn’t even know this was available!! I was disappointed that no one greeted us or asked if we we were ok or needed any help while looking around. Not what I’m used to, as in the past there has always been a welcome and shown products. On paying I was abruptly told I could not bring my purchase back as it had been embossed! I will be back but I hope that the service will be your usual standard.”

“I bought two beautiful clutch bags. They are high quality fabrics and designs. Ordering was very easy. I actually made them in two separate orders and when I contacted Will Bees Bespoke to say they could send them together if easier, they answered the email quickly and sent my items together. Great customer service.”
