Good Morning Lee, Thank you for your feedback. From checking when your order was placed and the postage method selected, the order was placed during the time before/after the Royal Mail industrial strikes which may have delayed your parcel from arriving due to the backlogs caused from those strikes, something which is out of our control, we had mentioned this in our delivery information.
