“I ordered film from Wilkinson and they delivered exactly what I ordered, promptly, with no fuss. That ought to be a boring review but, as online retailers and deliveries become less reliable, it's worth noting old-fashioned customer service. Thanks.”

“I decided to trade in my DSLR and lenses and move to compact. Wilkinson have me a competitive quote for my equipment. And also a very good rate for a used Canon PowerShot g1 iii. The deal was arranged and I visited the stop the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. All went of smoothly. Very easy to deal with”

“Great camera shop, and a great price. I ordered my Camera from Wilkinson cameras online just before Christmas, the service was unbelievable, it came 2 days after Christmas, it was free delivery and the camera was over £30.00 cheaper than Amazon. I love this shop.”

“Having broken my old camera on holiday I needed a new one urgently. Wilkinson Cameras had the product I needed, at the right price, and it arrived within 24 hours, quicker than the 2 day delivery I had paid extra for, plus the delivery driver was very friendly and courteous too. I'm absolutely delighted and would recommend wholeheartedly.”

“Absolutely disgusted by the fact quoting for PX with a lens which was in offer and stock when ordered and got the order confirmation. Next day call and say the item is not for sale!”

Good morning Nafiz, I'm sorry that an error with our stock system meant that the lens you were considering was oversold and you missed out. Unfortunately, this meant that all the stock available on the offer price was sold. We looked into every alternative for you before having to let you down and I really am sorry for any incovenience caused. I believe the sales team was able to contact you before you sent your part-exchange item so as to avoid further inconvenience and I can see that you have had a previous positive purchasing experience with us. “I phoned to ask a few questions about a camera I was looking at online. I spoke to a very polite, friendly & helpful chap who was more than happy to answer everything I wanted to know. “Using the website I found what I was looking for straight away and placed my order with ease. I chose a 4 day delivery slot but my product arrived 2 days later so very happy. This is my second time ordering online and would certainly recommend them, even more so as having visited the store in Warrington, it is obvious they have extensive knowledge to assist when required.”
