“I dealt with Wilkinson's online initially and found their site to work perfectly for me - I then had cause to phone them as my order had gone astray (courier's fault ) - They swiftly contacted their courier company who also resolved the issue swiftly - Had follow up calls from Wilkinson to check I'd received my order, all good - I had to return my order as the camera was not suitable for me and Wilkinson refunded my money as soon as they received the order back. Well done.”

“Good service and camera arrived within an acceptable time. The only fault is your website saying FREE delivery on all orders over £100 this is not the case as when I got to check out there was a delivery charge of just under £10 please amend your website as this is very misleading.”
