“Re the Liverpool store - I phoned today for some advice on purchase / trade-in. Spoke to a really helpful staff member, so I jumped the train and went to the store. I ended up conversing with all three on duty members of staff while my trade-in was checked in etc and I had a look around the store. It all resulted in a smooth transaction, some good advice and just overall a good shopping experience, helped along by some nice people. I picked up a Panasonic TZ200D and am delighted - thank you.”

“purchased a used nikon D610 from yourselves which i am very please with,it is in excellent condition with a very low shutter count and at a very good price ,but the icing on the cake was your 12 months warranty with the item , so i am very happy with my purchase and with your sales team for the dispatch and delivery of my camera. regards james farley”

“When I wished to buy a new camera recently, I phoned the Liverpool branch without hesitation. They provided helpful advice and reserved the model I wanted. Later in the day, I visited the branch to review and ultimately buy it. The team were friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service!”

“I needed a Manfrotto 013 brass spigot to allow me to attach my tripod head to my C-stand and was having trouble finding one online and in stock at a decent price and with a reasonably swift delivery timeframe. Then I spotted Wikinson cameras and decided to give them a go. The price was good and delivery was reasonable. Ordering was painless and within a very short time, one or two days later I had my product in my hand and it was exactly as ordered. Yo can't say fairer than that.”

“I have used Wilkinson a few times over the years and they have never failed me. This item was shipped in super fast time and it was with me the following day. It was secured in a very good quality box, that I was glad to see had been recycled from their goods in. As a retailer myself, I appreciate good practice. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Wilkinson again”

“Ordered Peak camera bag online. Process simple and delivery within a couple of days. Couldn't be faulted. Used their online option previously to purchase a camera and this worked really well with great after sales service following Nikon recall within a month of having the camera.”

“I have bought camera equipment several times from Wilkinsons. Every time, the items have arrived within a couple of days. They were really well packed and using mainly recyclable materials in the packaging. I'm also impressed with the pricing of the items that I bought. For example the Nikon telephoto lens (genuine & not grey imports) I bought was £300 cheaper than I could find elsewhere. I will definitely buy from them again.”

“Three stars. Would have been five for the help given by Lily but one for the "Parcelforce" service. Five days late which is not acceptable. I came close to cancelling the order. The Nikon Multi battery pack is excellent however as it doesn't contain the AA battery holder it shouldn't be sold as a "multi" pack. Fortunately this does not cause any concern to me. Any recommendation would be coupled with a comment about your use of Parcelforce.”
