“Excellent customer service especially your delivery provided by DPD. They wait for you to get to the door. Being disabled means it takes me longer to get to the door and I have a camera bell which asks the caller to wait. Your driver was very polite and asked to photograph the package in the open doorway to prove that the customer had received the goods! Unlike Hermes who don't even bother knocking or ringing, they just put it anywhere and run off! Thank you for considering your clients, without whom there would be no business. The goods were very well packaged making it difficult to damage the goods in the first place. The quality is outstanding, which makes my photographs even more special every time I look at them. Well done.”

“I bought a MagMod basic kit and I absolutely love it! Expensive? Yeah but who cares when you need good equipment attached to your camera when you are in a rush? I also love Wilkinson’s customer service and delivery times! Just wonderful! Thanks!”

“I recently bought a peak design sling with some online vouchers love the bag but wasn't impressed with the options when buying online no click and collect, I had to pay extra for home delivery how hard can it be to have this on your website look at virtually any other retailer it has this option, and if people are coming in to collect you never know you might get a few extra sales out of them while they are in store. 🤦🏾‍♂️”

“Received some online vouchers from work when I retired, first went to my local shop to look at the item then ordered online. Very pleased with the service, whole order arrived within 2 days. Have previously ordered online and, as always, very prompt service. I have also found the staff in my local store, Preston, to be very helpful and knowledgeable.”

“I’ve been thinking about getting some new binoculars for a while, and the staff at the the Carlisle branch got a pair of the Swarovski NL Pure 10x42s in for me to try against the new Zeiss sfls this afternoon, as I was pretty well committed to going home with one or the other. Unfortunately, having brought my old mid-90s Swarovski SLCs with me for reference, I then decided I would be just as well sticking with what I had as I didn’t feel the optical gain was sufficient to justify the outlay on the NL Pures, wonderful though they are. (The Zeiss I thought were slightly behind them and my own).The staff were helpful throughout, and understanding of my decision. Eleven out of ten!”

“The product itself was fine, no problems there. The packing however was disgusting. I will attach pictures below of the package beaten and broken. I’m extremely surprised the product wasn’t damaged. I won’t be buying from you again due to this reason.”

Hi Samuel, It's great to hear that your parcel arrived in perfect condition despite clearly being mishandled in transit. We can see from the "resealed by DPD" tape across the parcel that this has been thrown about or possibly even caught up in machinery within the DPD system. This is why we pack our parcels so well and include lots of filler and protection - to ensure that they can withstand the abuse they receive between leaving us and reaching you. We're a bit sad to hear that you won't shop with us again when the courier has let us down, but we've still ensured your item arrived with you safely! “Very impressed by Wilkinson camera. Recent made switch to Sony so made a couple of large purchases. Impressed by security put in place to ensure not fraudulent purchase and the customer service centre. Excellent website making current deals clear no messing about with offer codes. Will be making all future purchases big and small from here.”
