“Quoted me a price we were both happy with , emailed me saying they were happy and for my bank details . Once sent they changed the quote by £100 AFTER MY DETAILS WERE TAKEN, I have the email saying everything was satisfactory .customer service were rude and didn't want to help at all ,AVOID”

Good Morning, Upon completion of a Buy-In quote request, we sent you a quote to buy your Canon EOS R10 & RF-S 18-45mm F4.5-5.6 IS STM camera and lens kit from you. You told us this was condition A+ (mint condition, like new). We quoted for the camera and lens kit as you stated it included the front and rear lens caps and a lens hood. You sent us a Canon EOS R10 Body (no lens) using our free postage label. Of course we cannot offer you the price for the lens kit when it is just a body. You were emailed with a revised quote, reduced by £65 to take into account the missing lens. If you would like to send in the lens then we’d be happy to honour the original quote (providing that everything is in the A+ condition as described). It says on your notes that you have declined the offer and want the camera body to be returned to you, which has been arranged. Kind Regards Wilkinson Cameras

“I had never dealt with Wilkinson Cameras before. I wanted to buy an Epson V600 Scanner which had an excellent review in various magazines. My local Curry's didn't have one, consequently, I looked around. Wilkinson Cameras had one at a fair price so I purchased from them after checking their ratings. The service was excellent. Easy to order online and next-day delivery. What better! The scanner was delivered safe and sound, and was as good as I expected it to be. In other words, an excellent transaction from beginning to end.”

“Bought a sigma 100-400c lens from Wilkinson cameras, i have on major concern that spoilt my experience , It was sent via DPD a company which has a bad local review, on the day it never turned up, stating sorry we missed you, i have CCTV cameras no one turned up or gave a explanation why ? i was not happy, after phoning Wilkinson Cameras, they said it could be sent via another parcel delivery company, its a shame they nevver mentioned it at the time. Anyone buying from WC need to explain what delivery service they require, overall bad experience, it spoilt my weekend. Will i buy from WC very much doubt it.”

Hi, We cover all our delivery information on the website: https://www.wilkinson.co.uk/delivery-information This is linked to at the checkout when selecting a delivery option. We use a selection of couriers, including DPD, FedEx and ParcelForce. We will choose the courier most suited to deliver the item(s) you have ordered to your location, within your chosen timeframe. We're sorry that DPD let you down on this occasion. Unfortunately, there can be unforeseen delays with any courier that are beyond our control. However, we did liaise with DPD to establish what had happened and to try to rearrange the delivery as quickly as possible for you. It's fantastic to see that your Special Order item arrived within just 4 working days rather than the 8-10 working days specified for this type of product so we hope you loved being able to use your lens a little earlier than originally promised! “I recently made my first purchase from Wilkinsons. I bought a monopod which was offered at the best price anywhere. Unfortunately there was a mistake on the order. It’s not until something goes wrong that you see the true quality of service. Lily, took ownership immediately and I received the correct item by return.
