“Printer came very quickly the only problem we had was claiming the cashback we are elderly so not good with computers however lily was very patient with us and talked us through it and we got there eventually Terry lancs”

“I found Wilkinson Cameras online and they were selling what I required at a very competitive price. My purchase was dispatched in good time, I was kept informed about it's progress and it arrived very quickly. I had a slight problem with the website, but this turned out to be due to an adblock situation. The staff at Wilkinsons were helpful with regard to my problem. Thank you.”

“I phoned the Liverpool branch and spoke to Maya about the potential purchase of a new Nikon Z6 ii camera. She was able to answer my questions without hesitation and filled me with enough confidence to purchase the camera and some other items. Maya dealt with a query successfully when I was putting the order through via the website. The camera arrived and it is excellent. This is the 3rd purchase I've made this year and I'm totally happy with them all.”

“The ever-reliable Wilkinson Cameras! The external microphone I bought from them was intended to upgrade my camera's sound, and has done exactly that; I even needed to bring forward the first time I could use it "on location" as the whole process from ordering to delivery only took two days. Top marks!”

“It was simple to order the camera, without having to open a membership with Wilkinsons. I was kept advised of arrival dates and times and the delivery was made within the specified time period by a driver in an electric vehicle. All the packaging was in good condition and recycled. I was impressed. I'd ordered the same model camera again, and it is now very old, so Wilkinson's was pretty much the only place I could see that still sells the model new.”

“Purchased a lens online using the buy now pay later option. Due to an error on my part there was a digit left out in my postcode causing a mismatch on the finance side. Luckily one of the team spotted this, informed me immediately and worked quickly to resolve the issue with the finance company, and I got my lens the next day! Great attention and service from the team at Wilkinson, thank you!”
