“I purchased a Panasonic G9 camera which was quoted as in good condition but I thought it was like new. I was kept informed at every stage and given a delivery slot which was kept to. Great service!”

“The camera I ordered, i was emailed after 2 weeks to say it was unavailable and could take another 6 weeks to get it. As this was ordered as a birthday present this was unacceptable. I contacted you and got an immediate refund. The emails i sent were responded to immediately and the customer service was excellent. The other item I ordered was then dispatched immediately and it arrived a couple of days later.”

It is one of several items that has been affected by the worldwide electronics shortages and delays from the pandemic. “Great company to deal with. Very quick delivery. My only drama was the state of the box that my gear had arrived in. It was battered. Fortunately, nothing was damaged, but as we all know some delivery drivers don't take much care with any items they have in their care. I would recommended double boxing for some items like my £6200 worth of gear in future guys!”
