“Joe and co-workers at Carlisle are superb! Well briefed on products yet don't "oversell" which counts for a lot. They have proved helpful with issues I am inept at like installing firmware updates on my Nikon. A refreshing change in after sales service which isn't present with on-line only companies. Very happy to recommend and continue using.”

“I purchased an ex-display Hasselblad XCD lens, which had a healthy discount and was described as being near flawless from Wilkinson Cameras via the internet. It arrived early the next morning as they used Parcelforce to deliver it and not DPD, which meant that I had the rest of the day to go out photographing with my new purchase, which incidentally, I couldn't decipher from a brand new one if the box hadn't already been opened. The packaging arrived in perfect condition with everything included that should be, down to the extra outside packaging box from the factory that needn't have been. I will certainly be looking to purchase from Wilkinsons again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!”

“Hi , I would just like to say what fantastic service you have offered and the Lee 85 filter landscape kit has arrived safely. “Went into wilkinson camera store in Preston with the intention of part exchanging some of my equipment to buy a new camera and lens. I expected a long wait to have my equipment checked but was very pleasantly surprised to have it done there and then . Very professionally handled and a reasonable amount of money offered for my equipment, actually more than I expected for some of it.. I left the store very happy with the whole process and with my new camera and lens in hand, namely an Olympus system M5 and a 12-45 f4 Pro lens”

“Having purchased a range of Sony kit in December from Wilkinsons and subsequently deciding I "needed" a super telephoto lens to go with I decided to stay with them, keeping my purchases local, had all the specific kit I wanted in stock, competitive prices, reliable advice and the final item came in the post in the safest packaging I've ever seen!”

“Hi. I am satisfied. At this price, no one offers so many add -ons. I suggest you give up DPD services because the package was damaged and robbed. Fortunately, the main elements did not disappear.”

I know that one of our team has just given you a call to check everything was ok with your delivery and it seems you have had ongoing DPD issues for various deliveries.
