“I popped into the Chester shop with a query and although that branch did not have the lens I needed, all the info was given to me for a lens located at the Burnley shop. I easily ordered online and the lens was delivered next day. It was rated B+ but to me it looks brand new. Great service from the guys at Chester and Burnley”

“Amazing service! I bought an old contax g2 which was great but are prone to having issues because of their age and so was glad to have the long warranty provided with it. Unfortunately it did stop working and I contacted Wilkinson to let them know, they were super nice and helpful and sent me pre paid slip to send it back and on the day they received it, they reviewed it for repair which turned out wasn’t going to be possible and so refunded me immediately. I’m so glad I bought it through them and will definitely buy from them again in the future, it’s very reassuring to have such great customer service when buying old cameras.”

“I was very disappointed with the delivery. I was told by the delivery company it was expected between 8 and 12 but it could arrive between 8 and 1800. It didn't arrive that day. I didn't mind that it took a few days to deliver but it was waiting in all day and then having to wait the next morning when it was eventually delivered. If you continue to use this delivery company it would put me off using Wilkinson again.”

We use a selection of couriers to ensure every customer gets the best service. For example, we know that very large and heavy items are best with some couriers and that some geographical areas are better served by others. Unforunately, there are occasions where the couriers make a mistake - in your case we can see that your parcel was sent to the wrong depot which caused a delay. “I purchased a pre-owned Canon EOS-1D X body and I’m very pleased with the quality of the camera after using it for a couple of weeks. My questions were quickly answered by the customer service staff, and the item was delivered 24 hours after I made the purchase. Their warehouse staff deserve lots of praise for the way they packaged the item for shipping; they clearly know what they are doing. So, it's 10 out of 10 for quality and service for Wilkinson Cameras.”
