“Excellent customer service. I ordered an Olympus 45mm lens on-line. Within 25 minutes of receiving the order confirmation email I received a second email confirming that the lens had been dispatched. The lens arrived very quickly and was securely packaged. Probably the quickest and best on-line customer experience I have had.”

“I purchased a Panasonic HC-X2 via the website and called the store to upgrade to a Saturday delivery. The sales staff were really helpful and the order went through quickly and easily. I received regular email updates on the order and tracking updates from DPD. I was notified of a 1-hour delivery window and the camera arrived very well packed and on-time. The speed with which the order was processed and my delivery upgrade was near enough real-time and made Amazon look poor by comparison.”

“Bought a Pre-Owned Panasonic Lumix FZ72 via the internet and couldn't be more pleased. Excellent condition and at a very reasonable price. Delivery was included and it arrived the next day. I needed clarification on one aspect of using the camera so called into Wilkinson's store in Kendal, where the assistant was extremely helpful and patient in putting me right. Highly recommend.”
