“I am more than happy to recommend buying from your company. I would however suggest you consider using another delivery service as Parcel Force left a lot to be desired. The lens I bought has already proved to be excellent for travel photography as it travelled the length and Breast of Gt Britain before being delivered to me. It went from your store to a depot in Preston. It then went to a depot in Liverpool and was due to be despatched but there was a problem apparently and it was sent to Coventry before being returned to Liverpool. And eventually being delivered on Tuesday 10 th July after having been originally purchased on Wednesday 3 rd July. It beggars belief. There are far better delivery companies available.”

Good Afternoon Kenneth, Thank you for your feedback. From checking the status of the tracking it appears that the parcel has ended up at the incorrect depot and then to the main hub during transit however can see it did make its way you and within the standard delivery (3-4 working days) We hope you enjoy using your new equipment. “Excellent service thanks! I bought a used camera and it's excellent value. There was a small parts change required but it was dealt with in hours and a replacement was issued immediately with no fuss. Excellent service, thanks. Will definitely use them again. Lovely friendly phone call to update me on progress too. Nice human service.”

“My local Wilkinson store is the one in Southport. The guys in there are so helpful, well informed, and friendly it is always fun to go in and have a chat and a look around. I would definitely recommend this store for any level of photography.”

“Very good service with great communication, so Wilkinson get 5 stars from me. My Nikon grip works but the battery conact is somewhat tempramental. i'm hoping it will 'bed-in' with use but electrical contact is not alaways made first time. Clearly a Nikon issue not Wilkinson...”

“I recently bought a used Canon EOS 7D Mark II from Wilkinson Cameras. This was my first purchase from them. The camera arrived quickly and was well packaged with care. Wilkinson's confirmed my order per email and supplied a tracking number to follow the order, which I found reassuring. The camera was as described online, although I have not had the opportunity to test all the functions yet. However, due to my positive experience with the ordering and feedback, I feel confident that the camera has been fully tested by Wilkinson's as stated. Additionally, I asked Customer Services a couple of questions prior to my purchase, and I they were very thorough and helpful with their answers. I'm very pleased and would recommend them.”

“Ordered an L bracket for my Z8 and although I went for the free delivery it was despatched quickly so a great service. My only complaint is that they use FedEx as a currier and I was given a delivery slot of 08.50-12.50 and it arrived at 13.26. So a lot of waiting time and this is not the first time FedEx have not hit their suggested window. I am sure Wilkinson use them for good reason but it would be helpful if their App was more like DPD where you get a 2 hour slot and can see where the delivery van is on their interactive map. The guy who delivered it did appologise for being late so positive in that respect however in todays technological environment you would think all curriers could provide small delivery windows and be more accurate on delivery time. This however would not stop me using Wilkinson again I have found them to be a good helpful supplier.”
