“Have been a WILKINSONS customer for years (Bury), living now in Northwich. The purchase online of a Mabounce 2 went very smoothly and quickly. My only complaint is with Mahmoud themselves, as it wasn’t clear that the magnetic flash attachment needed to be ordered separately.”

“I have made a purchase with next day delivery. Which never arrived after 7 days. i have asked for a refund which were declined by saying we will issue a refund once we receive the item back. Upon inquiring with parcel force, they said your item was never collected from Wilkinson. how can you get an item back which was never shipped ? i wont recommend anyone to shop from this store. Worst experience”

“First class service - item arrived very quickly and was very well packaged in a strong box ( unlike lots of large High St stores who send out expensive items in flimsy bags !)
