“spoke with Alex and Adam at Southport store over past month, they ordered in a lens but I changed my mind about it (a lot to pay out) I went back and forth and Finally saw Adam today and collected my lens....... I changed systems this year and the gang at Southport have been no end of help and patience......... the 3 year warranty and extra trade in % for store credit plus the fact shop is 5 minutes from home keep me coming back....... I think I have shopped here since the 1980's when a blind bloke worked there perhaps but definitely since the 90's LONG MAY IT STAY OPEN”

“Amazing transaction, I was a bit reluctan at first as I have bought an ex-demo camera but to my surprise when it arrived (the day after, grate) the camera was new.. it has cero hours of use and the battery was still with no charge... the hole thing turned up to be excellent , also unlike other websites wilkinson has high street shops so when I rang their contact line phone number I talked to real helpful people that clear all my doubts about the camera; so I am very happy and will recomend wilkinson cameras”

“I purchased a pre-owned modestly priced lens. The negatives were that the carrier deliverd a day late (I thought it was lost!) and the lens pouch advertised with it was missing. The BIG positives from Customer Services were that: Lily chased up the parcel's wherabouts and authorised a refund of the fee for the failed next day delivery aspect; Lily chased up the lens pouch to discover it had been incorrectly listed on the web-site (it happens!), and; following an exchange of emails with Lily and Graham Hudson (CS Managre) a prompt and very fair compensation was agreed. Thankyou to bothe of them. Such truly excellent customer service is commendable, sadly almost because of its exception these days. And the lens? It was a +grade better, from experience with other camera shops, than the description suggested. I can fully recommend this company for future purcahes instore (as I have previously) and online for fair prices (given the 1-year warranty) and excellent service.”
