“The Olympus / OM flash I ordered was on offer, and after phoning Wilkinson about shipping costs, I ordered the item. It duly arrived within 2 working days. The item had positive reviews for some time now, and will complement the rest of my Olympus/OM equipment very well.”

“Ordered a video colour calibration target card - essentially an A4 card with a plastic frame. Whilst this itself was inside a cardboard sleeve it could still have been bent in transit making it useless. I was really impressed at the way an entire cardboard box was used to create a secure & solid "wallet" for the package ensuring it very unlikely to be damaged. It is "little" things like this that show high service values and distinguish a supplier.”

“I have purchased all my camera equipment from Wilkinson Kendal branch. The team are excellent on camera equipment advice. The only two items of my purchases are as follows: 1: I bought canon camera and lenses and my negative is about Canon saving IE cashback, double your money back offers. It seems to take ages for Canon to pay you back. But this is not Wilkinson fault. But at least they may have a voice to share customers concerns with Canon. 2: I bought the RF100-500 lens just prior to Canon announcing the RF200-800. If I had of known then I would have waited to buy the RF200-800 as my photography is all about wildlife and needing focal length. Not sure if Wilkinson knew of the RF200-800 at the time of purchasing the RF100-500. I've since bought the RF1.4x converter to help with the focal length. But still considering the RF200-800. But all said very pleased with the staff in Wilkinson Kendal branch.”

We wanted to address the 2 points you had made: 1) With regards to cashback from Canon: Canon will endeavour to transfer via BACS within 4-6 weeks of receipt of a complete and valid claim. 2) With new equipment announcements, we find out about release when everyone else does. “Searching around for a Nikon 105mm Z micro lens Wilkinson Cameras came up with a very competitive price which I snapped up, next day delivery was within the one hour time slot, and I'm very happy. I'm not sure if I've bought from Wilkinson's before but I'll put them on my go-to list for the next time I need equipment.”
