I received regular email updates on the order and tracking updates from DPD. I was notified of a 1-hour delivery window and the camera arrived very well packed and on-time. The speed with which the order was processed and my delivery upgrade was near enough real-time and made Amazon look poor by comparison.”

“Bought a Pre-Owned Panasonic Lumix FZ72 via the internet and couldn't be more pleased. Excellent condition and at a very reasonable price. Delivery was included and it arrived the next day. I needed clarification on one aspect of using the camera so called into Wilkinson's store in Kendal, where the assistant was extremely helpful and patient in putting me right. Highly recommend.”

“Wilkinson fulfilled their role but the delivery company DPD failed miserably! They "mislaid" my purchase which I had to chase twice. This was finally delivered after almost a week, though I paid for next day delivery. The cost of this was refunded by Wilkinsons.”
