“I recently bought a used Canon EOS 7D Mark II from Wilkinson Cameras. This was my first purchase from them. The camera arrived quickly and was well packaged with care. Wilkinson's confirmed my order per email and supplied a tracking number to follow the order, which I found reassuring. The camera was as described online, although I have not had the opportunity to test all the functions yet. However, due to my positive experience with the ordering and feedback, I feel confident that the camera has been fully tested by Wilkinson's as stated. Additionally, I asked Customer Services a couple of questions prior to my purchase, and I they were very thorough and helpful with their answers. I'm very pleased and would recommend them.”

“Ordered an L bracket for my Z8 and although I went for the free delivery it was despatched quickly so a great service. My only complaint is that they use FedEx as a currier and I was given a delivery slot of 08.50-12.50 and it arrived at 13.26. So a lot of waiting time and this is not the first time FedEx have not hit their suggested window. I am sure Wilkinson use them for good reason but it would be helpful if their App was more like DPD where you get a 2 hour slot and can see where the delivery van is on their interactive map. The guy who delivered it did appologise for being late so positive in that respect however in todays technological environment you would think all curriers could provide small delivery windows and be more accurate on delivery time. This however would not stop me using Wilkinson again I have found them to be a good helpful supplier.”

“Over the years I have found the salesmpeople in the shop have excellent knowledge not just of the products but also photography. Whether I know what I want or I am unsure they have always help me to find the products and accessories that suit my needs. Would definitely recommend Wilkinson Cameras Debbie”

“I found what I needed on the website easily and ordered an APS sensor cleaning kit, delivery was by Royal Mail and took 2 days which was pleasing. Easy to follow instructions were on the kit box and my sensor was cleaned within minutes. Would definitely buy from Wilkinson Cameras again.”

“Having looked for months at several sites for Fuji provia 100F film I noted 5 films on stock. Easy web site to navigate around and ordering up easy plus payment. E mail recipient within the hour Plus e mail to say they was out for delivery plus a tracking number Well packaged up Prompt service well recommended”

“I buy all my camera equipment from Wilkinsons in Kendal. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable the service during and after sales is amazing always willing to help a novice with technical and practical questions. Today they went above and beyond when my lens developed a fault the week before I go on a shoot with a wildlife photographer. The lens was tested and after advising that it had to go away for repair they quickly made sure I am not without a lens for my much anticipated course. They have my absolute loyalty and if the company does any recognitions for staff excellence Kendal are definitely A⭐️”

Good morning, Thank you for your feedback, from checking the order which was placed complete on 8 Jun 2024, it was a special order was placed with the supplier (this usually takes 8-10 working days to receive), we can see the parcel was delivered successfully on Monday 17th June 2024 at 11:36 after it was dispatched on 14 Jun 2024. We use a number a couriers and in your case, We would only use Royal Mail for small items, as your order was a lens this would be send via the tracked courier in this case Parcel Force was used as the order was a finance order.
