“When we became aware that a badger was visiting our garden we decided to purchase a night vision camera to monitor the visits. At intervals over a period of two months we bought x three different cameras, all recommended by different review bodies, all failed to meet the reviews for various reasons, poor battery life, unreliable recording, no recording etc. All returned to sellers within weeks. The camera we purchased from yourselves has exceptional battery life and has never failed to record the night events, although we do take the precaution of re-formatting the card after each insertion as advised in the instruction leaflet. The camera is easy to set/re-set for use. Based on our experience this is the only camera I would recommend to friends.”

“Ordered a bat detector and a number of accessories for a birthday present via the web site. Web site was easy to use and provided good information to help with my choice. Thought I wasn’t going to be in luck, but the team pulled out all the stops to get the detector to me on time. Wife is now over the moon as she’s always wanted one. “I purchased a digital bat detector for my husband’s birthday. It plugs into his phone and via an app, identifies the species. Previously, we used an old fashioned bat detector with a dial that we had to turn then guess the bat based in the frequency. Last night, the new detector identified 3 different species in our garden when previously we only identified one.”

“Tremendous help, advice and service from Wildlife and Countryside Services. I had already fallen foul on the purchase of a cheaper trail camera (not from Wildlife and Countryside Services I must stress) and Martin was very good and quick at sending me information about more suitable cameras and their capabilities. There were no delays in responding to emails. I was able to assimilate the info he provided and ordered a camera the next day. The next working day after the order was placed I received my new camera and it has been amazing. The camera was delivered undamaged as it was well packaged. It is also reassuring to know that Martin is at the end of an email or telephone should anything so wrong.”
