Despite paying for next day delivery, it took 3 postal days for me to finally receive the item.
Because of this I had to go out and buy the product elsewhere, so the original purchase was a complete waste of time and money.
They should use a different courier to avoid this happening to future customers.”

“To James Allen, I made a payment for a new hose and reel. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the item and I messaged you to let you know about this. I was then refunded less £5.95. I assume this is the delivery cost. Unfortunately I did not receive the item but you have stated that you attempted twice to deliver. I and at least one member of our family have been in constantly and we have never had a delivery card to state you’ve been. I would like the delivery cost back as well please. Also I would still like to purchase the hose and reel. Can you please advise. Regards John.”

“Hi, the service was great, very quick delivery. Unfortunately though the item was a let down. The caulk I purchased has badly cracked / crazed after over painting.”

Eventually it was sorted out. Item was re sent out quickly and a refund was issued. But if they had spent the time packaging their items ready for their chosen parcel delivery company properly, i wouldn't of had to spend my time emailing them & the company having to spent time & money issuing a refund & sending out a new item. It doesn't make any sense. Anyway problem sorted and i would use this company again in the future. So a positive outcome in the end.”
