“I'm now to Wigley DIY and so come with no previous experience. I tend to shop around for the right price. What attracted me was the free next day delivery. Anyway I placed my order for a Bowl Gouge and then a couple of hours later rang them to place an order for another item. They were more than helpful and willing to amend my order to include the this item. However they rang me later to say it was out of stock and would send it as soon as possible. The original order came as stated and I am pleased with the service Wigley gave me and also the Courier they chose to use. Excellent all round experience. I don't mind waiting for the other item. I got both of them at a good price and I am more than willing to support Local Family Businesses who maintain that degree of service. I will be back to Wigley's for sure. Ian. Hull”
“Delivery of goods was very quick (next day), but there was no option other than to collect, which at the distance I live was not possible. Admittedly the Wigley DIY website did show that next day was the only available carrier delivery method, but I do wonder whether an option of standard delivery (3 - 5 days) might just bring a wider audience?”
