Hi Louise, Sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet. APC attempted delivery on Thursday 09/11, but there was no one to accept goods and it went back to the delivery depot. You should have received tracking information from APC via email - this may have gone to junk mail. We replied to your email query on Monday 13/11 and provided details of delivery along with how to reschedule (this may also have gone to junk mail).
