“Even though the order that I made was sent out incorrectly, I ordered a matt spray paint and i was sent satin. I emailed to make them aware of the mistake and how i could send back to them without paying for postage myself as it was their error and within hours a refund had been made, they had apologised and said that there was no need to send back the incorrect order.
We all make mistakes and although it was inconvenient their customer service was extremely good when dealing with a problem so I would recommend and would use them again.”
