“This is not reflective of Wigley as such but of the service you offer via the courier. We are still waiting for this delivery which having paid for next day delivery doesn’t leave me very impressed. The courier failed to deliver on Friday 6th. After chasing this up twice the earliest we could have had this delivered would have been yesterday Friday 13th, one week late, but due to our unavailability we are now expecting this on Tuesday 17th.”
