“Good service and competitive pricing. We needed the item we were ordering the following day (Saturday) and so spoke to a representative of Wigley to confirm this was possible. The representative was honest enough to acknowledge that, whilst Saturday delivery would occur in the majority of cases, it could not be guaranteed 100% (even though this could potentially have jeapordised the sale). We appreciated the honesty and so accepted the risk, ordered on the Friday, and successfully received the item the following day when we needed it.”
