Firstly I am sorry you were disappointed with the product you purchased. Secondly, I would like to assure you that you have not been 'had over.'
The product is measured by weight and not volume. We have checked the other stock on our shelves and the bottles are all half full but weigh 260g. The advertised product weight is 175g, leaving 85g for the weight of the container.
I am not sure whether Vitax do this for a particular reason or just use the same bottles for multiple products and fill to the required amount. Either way, I hope this clears things up.
