I inadvertently ordered 2 cans of mahogany stain rather than teak. I returned the cans via Amazon's Returns service. Once I am able to determine that a refund has been paid or credited to my Amazon account, I will be placing an order for 2 cans of teak stain.

I ordered a base paint that was ordered onthe jubilee weekend. I was pleasantly surprised that the item delivered next day which was on a bank holiday. Really impressed with this company and would not hesitate to order from here again. Highly recommended. Thankyou so much!

I found my placemats at Wigley at around half the cost of anywhere else and went for it! I got 2 packs for the price of one, and they were delivered next working day - amazing

Don’t go there. I have in the past requested ‘call backs’, none received. I have also e-mailed them and, again not, even the courtesy of a reply. It’s either incompetence or arrogance not to return calls. Says it all really! I will never go in there again as B & Q will have my custom moving forward.

Hi Geoff, Thank you for your honest review. I am disappointed that we have let you down. If possible I would like more details, could you please email me with some more information about the nature of your query and who was supposed to call you back? My email address is james@wigleydiy.co.uk I have searched through all our email accounts and can't find an email from you on any of them going back several years? We have absolutely no reason to not get back to a customer. We are not perfect (only 4.9/5 stars!) but this is certainly not a habitual problem. My guess would be an oversight on the part of a busy member of staff or perhaps a message not being relayed efficiently. We pride ourselves on our customer service and going 'the extra mile' which is why I'd like to hear more if possible. Thanks again, James Allen Director

They never came on the 1st june and I had to changed re delivery today Im expecting delivery today at between 11.53 to 13.53 and still waiting Im very disappointed I need my order urgent thanks I had go to delivery store to complaint bevause I was keeping waiting so they send someone to delivering me today so I got it now

Hi Mandy, Although we have spoken to you directly, I just wanted to apologise again for any inconvenience. According to the parcel tracking, the couriers did attempt your delivery on the 1st of June, however there was nobody there to sign for the goods. Unfortunately there was then the Jubiliee bank holidays and therefore your parcel was delivered on the next available 'working' day which was yesterday. I am glad this has been resolved now. Great service by Wigley but sadly your delivery service let you down and my items were delivered two days late when I had aid for next day delivery!

Excellent service, both by phone and on delivery. When I phoned the man who answered both checked physical stock and advised me on the most economical way to buy the parts that I needed. Old fashioned service with modern payment and delivery. Would highly recommend.

Very good service. Ordered on Saturday evening and had the parcel on Tuesday. They use a good parcel service and I tracked it from the depot to delivery, knowing exactly when it would arrive. It was the best price I could find inc. delivery. Packed well too. Completely satisfied.
