I have searched through all our email accounts and can't find an email from you on any of them going back several years? We have absolutely no reason to not get back to a customer. We are not perfect (only 4.9/5 stars!) but this is certainly not a habitual problem. My guess would be an oversight on the part of a busy member of staff or perhaps a message not being relayed efficiently.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and going 'the extra mile' which is why I'd like to hear more if possible.

Although we have spoken to you directly, I just wanted to apologise again for any inconvenience.
According to the parcel tracking, the couriers did attempt your delivery on the 1st of June, however there was nobody there to sign for the goods. Unfortunately there was then the Jubiliee bank holidays and therefore your parcel was delivered on the next available 'working' day which was yesterday.
I am glad this has been resolved now.
